Yes. Only because styles change and black hair is shiny and healthy looking because it looks shinier. I want to dye my hair black! Features look morer deeper. But ill tell ya. most people that have blonde hair look down righ dumb with black hair because their features are so light. Id go with a dark brown.

NO, that's ugly. it doesn't match with their skin, and if they don't get it close enough to the roots it shows blonde and looks crappy.take my advise DON'T DO IT.
