I've always dyed my hair black, but I try not to do the ultra-goth pale thing and maintain a natural-looking color in my skin. I think it actually makes the black look better. With your blue eyes it should look great, but it might look strange with ultra-pale skin.

Black with some highlights perhaps. Or, go a darker brown and see how that works. Jet black may make you look too harsh. But, then again, you're going for punk.

try a darker brown first, then talk with your hairstylist and see how far you can take it.

i have blue eyes and super pale skin, and my hair is naturally black. it looks fine although i dye it red cause i personally prefer that. go for it.
