I have Long, straight, silky, black-brown hair, what hair style/cut should i have??? I dont want to reduce length. I want simple easy to manage hair cut or style that i can maintain in routine, specially that doesnt look odd in office as well?

Bangs can change they way you look and you can keep your long hair. You can try short ones, layered ones, or move them to the side. And if you want to keep them short, it's really not hard cutting it yourself once in a while.

Try tieing your hair up in different styles or putting more hair on one side or middle.

I have the same hair that you described...... I pull it up into a bun and put chop sticks in it for work. When i go out i like to curl just the ends..... I don't recommend layers because i did that once before and I hated it. It takes along time for your hair to grow one length again and you can only have that one style with out strands of uneven hair sticking out if you try something else.. Good luck.. Don't cut your hair I think long hair is unique because it takes patience to grow it.....
