I'm 22.I've long black straight hair which I had it cut last year. But now it looks like long shaggy hair! I've a slightly long forehead and an oval face.I'm looking for a haircut style that gives me a full face. Actually I do not want to lose my long hair so please only suggest long haircuts!

You can use sweep-bangs to make the length of your forehead disappear - if not sweep bangs any sort of bangs, whatever you like most. That's all I really can say, I don't know what to do about the shaggyness overall...

Okay what to do is get long soft layers. Then add long side swept whispy bangs and your ready to go!
